Acacia Point Capital is acknowledged for its donations to Changing Faces charity
When establishing Acacia Point Capital, one of the core objectives at the heart of our business ethos was to promote change to benefit the community. We therefore leverage on relationships and contacts in the property industry and allocate some of our earnings to charities to accelerate their social impact.
Meeting James Partridge a few years ago was truly moving, listening to his experience of living with facial disfigurement following a car fire in his youth that changed his face and his life forever. Changing Faces is the charity he founded, that supports people and families living with facial disfigurements. I am incredibly pleased that Acacia Point is able to support Changing Faces in their endeavour to transform public attitudes towards people with an unusual appearance and to promote fair treatment and equal opportunities for all, irrespective of how they look.
True to our word, we have recently made a donation to Changing Faces and received this kind note by its founder.
“I was delighted to receive your very generous donation. I can assure you and the staff you lead at Acacia Point that we will use your gift very carefully to support and represent people with disfigurements across the UK. So much happening, none of which would be possible without organisations like you. Thank you so much again. We will try hard to live up to your expectations.”
