Acacia Point was established in 2014 and is an independently owned, European-focussed, real estate investment and asset management company.

Since establishment, Acacia Point has transacted more than €1.2bn of real estate, typically co-investing alongside its institutional capital partners. Our portfolio currently comprises 15 assets including office, retail and leisure use.

Acacia Point leverages on its strong partner network across Europe to unlock deal flow: the entire management portfolio has been acquired in off-market transactions.

We seek financial alignment with our capital partners in the form of co-investment and incentive fee structures and aspire to maintain the highest of ethical principles: integrity is our foremost standard of conduct and underpins everything we do.
